With more than ten years' experience, he advises companies across the full chain of labour relations — from structuring hiring models and preventive risk management to leading strategic litigation and mass-litigation portfolios. He also advises clubs, athletes, agencies, sponsors and content producers on contracts and disputes in the sports and entertainment industry, including before specialist tribunals.
He is recognised as a negotiator, with extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution, leading mediations, conciliations and complex settlements in situations of high economic and reputational exposure. His further background in History and Political Science brings a distinctive reading of the institutional context and power dynamics surrounding commercial negotiations.
